what i would like to know is if i want to shoot color 35 mm film, i have to unload it in a dark place, but then how do i get the film back inside the canister to get it developed? is that possible? won't i be stuck with a great big unwound length of film?

    Excellent question!
    Unloading 35mm film
In complete darkness, open the camera back, pull out the film canister and the full take-up spool out of the camera. Carefully wind the film back into the canister. You can use 1/2 of a wooden clothes pin stuck in the end of the 35mm spindle to help wind it up. Once it has been rewound, you can turn on the lights. The film is ready to be processed.

When processing, tell the processor that you want to get your film processed, no cutting. Make sure you take an empty film container with you, as they will need something to put the film in.

Most 35mm labs won't be able to make prints for you, since the DIana or Holga negs will be wider than a standard 35mm frame.

Did you see that the Lomographic society has a 35mm adapter out now? Looks much better than the package you bought off eBay. They've added a whole bunch of Diana + accessories and options. I'm just mad that the regular Diana + now has an option to add a flash later on. *sigh*

that doesn't look too great for the price to be honest! I think i would rather use the DIY hack that I made for my Holga camera. Thanks for the review though! :)
